Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 11am. Early arrivals may leave bags at reception.
Identification
Please bring photo ID for check-in. A card is held on arrival for incidentals.
Cancellations
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival. After that, the first night is charged.
Age requirements
Guests must be of legal gambling age to enter the gaming floor. The spa is open to guests aged 16 and over.
Quiet hours
Quiet hours run from 11pm to 7am in all guest rooms and corridors.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the hotel. A sheltered smoking area is on the Skyline Terrace.
Pets
Well-behaved dogs are welcome in selected rooms for a small cleaning fee. Please ask when booking.
Responsible gaming
We support healthy play, including deposit limits, time reminders and self-exclusion. Ask any host for help.
